Remember that novel I was writing? Yeah.
I had chapter five almost ready to go, but then I changed directions and had to rewrite it. And then I got sidetracked (darn ADHD). And then I bought a new laptop and somehow that last chapter never quite made it over to the new computer. I’m fixing that now; the dino laptop is loading up as I type. All I’ll have to do is find the document and copy it over to the new computer.
After that, I’d like to get back to work on the novel. I’m currently working on a different WIP, but I should be able to find time to dedicate to this one, too. I’ll try to have chapter 5 up in the next week, assuming I can find it.
Also, I want to add that going back to my clunky laptop, that is much heavier and not nearly as sleek as the new one, is just plain weird. Very, very weird. I’ve also forgotten how horribly slow this thing is. Now I remember why I replaced it.
And…. Found it! On the new computer, of course, after all of that work. I renamed it for NaNoWriMo, and forgot about that when I started searching for it. Good news, I have at least two chapters nearly ready for posting. And they both look like long chapters. Hurrah! I’m going to spend some time reading over everything I have up to this point, and then I’ll try to get the next chapter or two up relatively soon.
